Jerritt Gluck, of Bonded Energy Solutions, is a geeky kind-of guy. He is the CEO and founder of a startup company that will change the way New York City buildings function uptown and downtown.

Gluck created a simple answer to control steam heating systems. His startup is much like others on Long Island. There are over 20,000 startup energy companies located on Long Island, 75 percent of which never make it because of issues like being under-funded and under-staffed.

Gluck’s company, a client of the Clean Energy Business Incubator Program, a program that provides networking and business workshop opportunities, is looking to take on a large consumer: skyscrapers in New York City. And it seems to be available at the right place and the right time.
