Although the sun did not make an appearance, locals as well as Stony Brook University alumni and students turned out for Long Island’s Biggest Backyard Barbecue held on September 24, 2011.
The barbecue is just one part of Stony Brook’s annual Wolfstock, which celebrates homecoming at the university.
Saturday’s barbecue included inflatables, games, live music by the band Almost Famous, and of course, food.
