Discussion:

A strong subtropical jet stream will transport ample moisture up the eastern seaboard while an area of high pressure to our northeast and east causes a northeastery flow to predominate through the period. A low pressure area over the plains states will track to a position south of our area with moderate to haevy rain developing on Saturday and stron easterly winds as cyclogenesis takes place off of new jersey.
