NOT ENOUGH OPTIONS

I avoid Coca-Cola, even when free. The Coca-Cola company has conspired or been associated with Colombian death squads in the murder of nine union leaders in Coca-Cola plants. Their only defense I have heard is that Coca-Cola Colombia is independent from the international company, and this is pretty lame.

Coca-Cola also funded the murderers who overthrew Salvador Allende in Chile.

I would like more options listed, and in particular I would love to see listed my favorite beverages available in this area, such as SunPop, and other Stop & Shop brands. At least these store brands do not waste as much money in stupid and degrading advertising as PesiCo, Coca-Cola and other major brands do.

Thank you for responding. The reason Coca-Cola and Pepsi are the only two options for the poll is because we wanted to gauge which products students like better now that the Pepsi contract is in place. Otherwise, we definitely would have included generic brands.

Coca-Cola had a few products I really miss- their entire energy drink line, Powerade, and Vitamin Water come to mind. Amp, Pepsi's line of energy drinks, is in my opinion (and the opinion of my fellow caffeine junkies), just not as good as Rockstar. Life Water is a disgusting knockoff of Vitamin Water- I can't even choke the stuff down. And, while there's certainly nothing wrong with Gatorade, spending the last couple of years on campus made me develop a taste for Powerade.

I'm a heartless hypocrite and I been drinking Coke since I was little. I drink Coke because it's awesome and taste more manly. *Grrrrrr
