An Anonymous Protestor With his Sign

On March 15, 2008, a hacktivism group known only as Anonymous descended on Churches of Scientology nationwide in protest to commemorate the birthday of its founder, L. Ron Hubbard, in its own special way.

Over this spring break past, I stumbled onto a protest of the Church of Scientology's practices and alleged evasion of tax law by the too-weird-to-exist group Anonymous. Fearing retribution for the protest, Anonymous' foot soldiers wore masks and costumes, with most choosing to emulate the anarchist V of V for Vendetta.

I've attached a few pictures I took at the protest. Anonymous remains as their name would imply, but their websites and handiwork are all over the internet. One of their most prominent sites are http://www.xenu.net.
